Terms & Conditions
By engaging with Inspire Interiors & Architects, clients agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and smooth execution of all projects.
1. Scope of Work
All services will be provided as per the agreed proposal, including design, consultancy, and execution. Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
2. Design Ownership
All design concepts, drawings, and proposals remain the intellectual property of Inspire Interiors & Architects until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or use of designs is prohibited.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or delay in project timelines.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines will be shared in advance. However, delays caused by external factors (e.g., client approvals, material shortages, third-party contractors) are not the responsibility of Inspire Interiors & Architects.
5. Material Selection & Warranty
Clients are responsible for approving materials, finishes, and products. Inspire Interiors & Architects is not liable for manufacturing defects, but warranties (if any) from suppliers/manufacturers will be passed on to the client.
6. Site Access & Permissions
The client must provide timely access to the site and necessary approvals/permissions for the execution of work. Any delays caused due to restricted access may impact project timelines.
7. Changes & Revisions
Any major changes or revisions requested after approval of final design will be subject to additional costs and extended timelines.
8. Liability
While utmost care is taken in planning and execution, Inspire Interiors & Architects is not responsible for damages or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or third-party issues.
9. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In such cases, the client must settle payments for all work completed up to the date of termination.
